Change of Mind Policy for online purchase/s:

lannahdunn.com is a separate entity from in store.  Purchases online offer a much more flexible returns' process, as items cannot be 'sighted' at time of purchase. The lannahdunn.com change of mind policy differs from the change of mind policy for purchases made in-store.

The web-store is offered as a platform to browse and click to purchase for your ultimate convenience.  Please make your selection with care - we do offer exceptional, personalised service should you have any pre-purchase questions.  

For peace of mind, lannahdunn.com does offer you a 7-Day, conditional exchange from date of purchase (or date of despatch if not equal).  Returns' requests must be made by contacting us at contact@lannahdunn.com for an authorisation number and instructions for return.  Returns' cost is at customer's expense and the replacement selection must be made within 7 days.  Reduced-cost shipping and handling of just $15 is applicable to replacement selection, and sent using Australia Express Post.

Credit notes are not available and some items are ineligible for return: including pieces that are engraved/ personalised; ‘made to order’ rings with a continuous pattern; and discounted items under the 'Outlet' menu.  Again, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchase should you have any queries.
Change of mind policy for in-store purchase/s:
Lannah Dunn Toowoomba City and Lannah Dunn Brisbane City offer the service of Conditional exchange for gifts only, within 7 days of purchase, returned only to the store of purchase; in original packaging; in 'as sold' and unworn condition; accompanied by the original receipt.
